You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a GOAT Waste Services text message. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request was processed.

Text messaging participation is optional. Withholding or withdrawing text messaging consent will not authorize GOAT Waste Services to send additional text messages, except where legally permitted to confirm or process your request.

GOAT Waste Services does not sell, rent, transfer, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of SMS does not automatically close your GOAT Waste Services account or cancel an accepted work order. You remain responsible for monitoring work orders and communications through any agreed alternative method.

The GOAT Waste Services application and messaging program are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Third-Party Services

The application or website may contain links to services operated by third parties. GOAT Waste Services is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independently operated third-party services.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application, website, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of the application after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
