GOAT Waste Services SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern participation in the GOAT Waste Services Hauler Work Order Messaging Program operated by GOAT Waste Services, LLC (“GOAT Waste Services,” “GOAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By voluntarily enrolling in the program, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Name
The program is called the GOAT Waste Services Hauler Work Order Messaging Program.
2. Program Description
The program provides participating haulers, drivers, contractors, and other authorized business users with informational and transactional text messages concerning GOAT Waste Services work orders.
Messages may include:
- New or available work orders
- Dispatch and service instructions
- Work-order acceptance confirmations
- Pickup or delivery details
- Schedule or location changes
- Work-order reminders
- Documentation requests
- Service issue notifications
- Completion confirmations
- Account, payment, compliance, or operational notices
The program is not intended to provide advertising or unrelated promotional messages.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
You may enroll through the GOAT Waste Services application, website, written form, or another consent method presented by GOAT Waste Services.
By enrolling, you expressly consent to receive recurring informational text messages from or on behalf of GOAT Waste Services at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Your consent applies only to messages from GOAT Waste Services concerning the program described in these Terms. Consent is not transferred to another business or used as consent for unrelated marketing communications.
You represent that:
- You are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided
- You are authorized to consent to messages at that number
- The information you provide is accurate
- You will notify GOAT Waste Services if the number is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer used by you
Text messaging participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service or creating a GOAT Waste Services account. Users who do not participate in SMS messaging must monitor work orders through the application or another communication method approved by GOAT Waste Services.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to:
- The number of work orders available or assigned
- Changes affecting active work orders
- Documentation or compliance requirements
- Account activity
- Your interaction with GOAT Waste Services
During periods of active work, you may receive multiple messages concerning a single work order.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
GOAT Waste Services does not charge a separate fee for participating in the messaging program. Your wireless carrier may charge fees under your mobile service plan.
Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your messaging or data plan.
6. Opting Out
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying:
STOP
You may also use other carrier-supported opt-out keywords, where available.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional program messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent or reply START to resubscribe, where supported.
An SMS opt-out applies to text messages sent through the applicable GOAT Waste Services messaging program. It does not:
- Cancel an accepted work order
- Terminate your application account
- Eliminate contractual responsibilities
- Prevent necessary communications through email, telephone, the application, or another agreed method

8. Supported Carriers
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and policies. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Delivery and Availability
GOAT Waste Services does not guarantee that every text message will be received, received on time, or free from interruption.
Message delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier filtering
- Network availability
- Device settings
- Incorrect or outdated telephone numbers
- Internet or application outages
- Events outside GOAT Waste Services’ reasonable control
Text messages should not be relied upon as the only source of information for urgent, hazardous, or time-sensitive situations. Users should review the GOAT Waste Services application and follow established dispatch and safety procedures.
10. User Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Maintaining an accurate mobile number
- Protecting access to their mobile device
- Reviewing work-order information
- Confirming instructions when information is unclear
- Complying with applicable laws, safety standards, contracts, and customer requirements
- Avoiding the use of a mobile device while driving or operating equipment unless legally and safely permitted
A text message does not modify the underlying work order, hauling agreement, independent-contractor agreement, rate confirmation, or other written agreement unless GOAT Waste Services expressly states otherwise in writing.
11. Privacy
Information collected through the messaging program is handled under the GOAT Waste Services Privacy Policy, available at:

Mobile telephone numbers, text messaging opt-in information, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
12. Changes to the Program or Terms
GOAT Waste Services may modify or discontinue the messaging program or update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the messaging program is provided on an “as available” basis. GOAT Waste Services disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, carrier delivery, transmission speed, or device compatibility.
GOAT Waste Services will not be liable for damages arising solely from delayed, blocked, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered text messages, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing Law
These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another written agreement between you and GOAT Waste Services requires otherwise.
